Roger Federer is out of Wimbledon. The top seed, eight-time and defending champion was beaten in five-sets by the 8th seed Kevin Anderson.
The South African beat Federer 13-11 in the deciding set on Number One court having recovered from 2-sets and match point down in the third. Anderson will face either ninth seed John Isner or thirteenth seed Milos Raonic in Friday’s semi finals.
