St Patrick’s Athletic are looking for a new manager. Liam Buckley has resigned after nearly seven years in charge at Richmond Park. Pat’s currently lie sixth in the Premier Division. They have won 13 but lost 15 of their 32 league games so far this season.
St Pat’s confirmed the news at lunchtime that club favourite Buckley has stepped away from his role as the club ‘s first team manager by mutual consent.
The Inchicore side released a statement today announcing the departure of the league-winning boss after six years at the helm at Richmond Park.

”For his numerous successes during his time here over the past number of years and in particular for bringing his brand of free flowing and passing football to St Pat’s, which has brought much entertainment and enjoyment to those who witnessed it.”
On his part, Liam would like to thank all involved with St Pat’s for the support given to him during his seven-year reign and wishes the club the best of luck in the future.
