A horse that accidentally fell into a swimming pool in Paradise Hollywood seems to have survived the wildfires in Claifornia.
Jeff Hill, a resident of Paradise, California, came across the horse when he was reviewing the damage caused by the Camp Fire to houses in his local neighbourhood.
On Facebook, Mr Hill wrote: “We stumbled upon this girl who had given up and had the look of defeat in her eyes. There’s no telling how long she was there but she was shivering uncontrollably and ultimately lost her fight.” Despite the odds the horse pulled through.
Mr Hill claimed that the horse was trapped in the pool cover which, although stopped her from moving, was also keeping her suspended in the water and stopping her from drowning.
