Foo Fighters recently announced that they are going to relax and plan to chill out this year as they conclude touring their latest album.
In October, Grohl announced that Foo Fighters were planning a hiatus from touring with the exception of a number of select gigs after they wrapped up the Concrete and Gold tour.
Now at a recent show, Dave Grohl has put any rumours of a very long break or even retirement to rest!
According to Alternative Nation, Grohl said, “I don’t know when y’all are gonna see us again, but you will…because we’re too f*****’ old to break up. It’s like your grandparents getting divorced. It’s not gonna f*****’ happen.”
Dave Grohl had informed Billboard’s Chart Beat podcast last year that they were taking a break but already had fresh ideas for the next Foo Fighters album.
“So here we are at the last set of shows we’ve been on for a year and a half and I’m ready to take a break but I’m ready to do it again at some point.”
