Conor McGregor has announced his retirement from Mixed Martial Arts.
However, in 2016 he tweeted that he was retiring from the sport, but has fought three times since.
The 30-year-old Dubliner said this morning that he wishes his “old colleagues well going forward in competition.”
It comes a fortnight after The Notorious was arrested in Miami for allegedly smashing a fan’s phone.
The announcement is in contrast to a statement made on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, which aired last night, where he said he’s preparing for his next fight this Summer
