A network brand new of charging points for electric vehicles has been announced. The high-power points are to be rolled out across the country.
Over than 50 hubs will be put in place on national roads as well as motorways. There’s also plans to upgrade the 50 existing charge locations across the country.
A single hub will have the potential to charge between two to eight electric vehicles at a time.
It’s reported that six minutes of charging will be able to deliver at least 100km of electric driving distance.
This means the charge locations already in place will more than double their power output.
