Muse Frontman Celebrates The Supermassive Black Hole!

Matt Bellamy, lead singer with galactic rockers, Muse, has shared the joy at the discovery of the supermassive black hole.

Space scientists revealed the first-ever image of a supermassive black hole yesterday, Wednesday, April 10th. The celestial news kicked off an online discussion between  Bellamy and fans on social media.

Bellamy Tweeted about the link between the epic space news and Muse’s 2006 record, Black Holes and Revelations, and its lead track, “Supermassive Black Hole.”

Muse fans expressed delight and wrote their responses that connected the song to the scientific event.

According to Billboard, Black Holes and Revelations‘ space-rock opus bagged it a No. 2 spot on Billboard‘s Digital Albums chart when it was first dropped in 2006.
