How To Watch ‘One World Together At Home’ Global Gig

The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Paul McCartney, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Alanis Morissette, Chris Martin of Coldplay, Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam and Elton John are among the performers in  One World: Together at Home, a live-streamed and televised benefit concert in support of the World Health Organization’s Covid-19 solidarity response fund and in celebration of health workers around the world.

US talk-show hosts Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert will host the event, which will be streamed online, on Saturday, April 18th, at 8pm New York time – which is 1am on Sunday, April 19th here and RTE2 will run the program on TV across Ireland at 7pm on Sunday, April 19, 2020.

A digital stream event will also go live at 7pm Dublin time Saturday, April 18th:

This special event will include stories from the world’s healthcare heroes battling the spread of COVID-19, messages of gratitude and appreciation from those that they have helped and segments from WHO and UN global health experts.

Mr. Kelly, who is also a Board member of Global Citizen, will serve as an Executive Producer of the event.

Donations from supporters and corporate sponsors will go to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund to support and equip healthcare workers around the world, and to local charities that provide food and shelter to those that need it most.
