Ted Lasso and Succession were among the big winners at the Emmy Awards last night.
Ted Lasso, an Apple TV+ series which tells the story of an American football coach taking the reigns of a British soccer team, saw its stars Jason Sudeikis and Brett Goldstein win awards for best comedy actor and best supporing actor respectively.
Meanwhile HBO's Succession landed four awards overall, including best drama show. It explores the lives of a back stabbing family known as the Roys, whose familiy members are all vying for power.
The Squid Game's Lee Jung-jae won the accolade for best drama actor, while the award for best drama actress went to Euphoria star Zendaya, while Jean Smart earned best comedy actress for her role in Hacks.

At last week's ceremony, Peter Jackson's Beatles: Get Back also won it big. They won accolades for Outstanding Directing for a Documentary/Non Fiction Program, Outstanding Sound Editing for a Nonfiction or Reality Program and Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Special.
