ZZ Top have announced their first UK and European Tour in five years.
The tour which kicks off next Summer, will see the band perform across Europe, beginning with a show in Sweden on June 28.
ZZ Top will also take in shows in Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, and Switzerland.
They will also perform one UK show in London’s OVO Arena, Wembley on 11 July.
“excited to come back”
Speaking about these upcoming shows via a press release, ZZ Top frontman Billy Gibbons said that the band are excited to be returning to Europe and the UK.
“It’s been a while since we’ve been able to check in with our European fans, so it goes without saying that we’re excited about coming back this summer”, Gibbons said.
“We’re looking forward to a good time and that goes for both those in the audience and on stage”.

News of this tour comes just days after it emerged that a bass guitar which was owned by Billy Gibbons’ late ZZ Top bandmate Dusty Hill, sold for $393,700 at a recent auction.
The 1953 Butterscotch Fender Precision bass guitar to give it its full title, was owned and used by Hill. It also featured on the 1975 album ‘Fandango!’. More on this here.
