A brand new Beatles documentary is to be released this year to mark 60 years since the Fab Four first conquered the US.
The new documentary ‘1964’, will come to Apple TV+ later this year, with The Sun reporting that the documentary will be release on Thanksgiving (November 28).
In February 1964, The Beatles touched down on US soil for the first time, appearing on The Ed Sullivan Show, which was watched by more than 70 million people.
The Fab Four’s arrival led to be known as the British Invasion, which saw Beatlemania take over the country for the rest of that year.
This appearance is to be commemorated in a new film, showing the Beatles’ incredible rise in the US, featuring new interviews and archival footage of the band’s shows.

News of this documentary also comes after the Fab Four also confirmed plans to release a brand new boxset, which will include the band’s 1964 US albums.
These albums were originally produced for release in the US between January 1964 and March 1965 by Capitol Records and United Artists. They have been re-released to celebrate six decades of Beatlemania.
This will include seven Beatles albums, with each having analogue cut for 180-gram audiophile vinyl from their original mon maters tapes.
One such albums will also include ‘Meet The Beatles’, arrived on 20 January 1964, spending 11 weeks at number one in the charts.
