At a recent political rally for Kamala Harris, former US President Barack Obama rapped the opening verse of Eminem hit ‘Lose Yourself’, before introducing the rapper himself to the stage.
The rally which took place in Detroit, saw local native Eminem openly voice his endorsement of Harris as the next US President, ahead of the upcoming election.
Walking onto the stage to his 2010 tune, ‘Not Afraid’, Eminem then introduced Obama for a speech.
“I’m here tonight for a couple of important reasons. As most of you know, the city of Detroit and the whole state of Michigan mean a lot to me. And going into this election, the spotlight is on us more than ever, and I think it’s important to use your voice, so I’m encouraging everybody to get out and vote, please”, Eminem told the Detroit audience.

Endorsing Harris for the top job at the White House, Eminem added: “I also think that people shouldn’t be afraid to express their opinions, and I don’t think anyone wants an America where people are worried about retribution, or what people will do if you make your opinion known”.
“I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld. And here to tell you much more about that, President Barack Obama”.
Later, Barack Obama walked onto the stage to ‘Lose Yourself’, before giving Eminem a hug.

It was also confirmed that Bruce Springsteen, another artist to endorse Kamala Harris as the next US President, would headline upcoming rallies for the Vice President.
