Robbie Williams has spoken about touring at the same time as Oasis in 2025.

The singer has announced a huge run of shows next year, which will see him perform in Ireland, the UK, and Europe next year.

Williams will take to the stage in Dublin’s Croke Park on Saturday 23 August 2025. He will also be supported by British band Elbow on stage.

This comes as Oasis also announced a huge reunion tour, which will see them come to Croke Park next August. More on this from Nova here.

“there is no competing”

Speaking in a recent interview, Robbie Williams dismissed suggestions that he planned his tour dates to be at the same time as Oasis’ reunion tour.

Robbie Williams has had a chequered history with Oasis, including a long standing feud with Noel Gallagher.

Back in 2000, Noel had famously called Williams “the fat dancer from Take That”.

When asked if he had planned his tour dates to be at the same time as Oasis, Williams said: “No, I didn’t”.

“When Oasis get back together, there is no competing, really,” he added. “Unless I’d taken a 20-year break, then it would be a fair fight. Oasis coming back together, I don’t think anyone could compete with that – including Taylor Swift, who’s the biggest artist on this planet. So no, it’s not a competition, even though it bloody is”.

Robbie Williams had previously called Oasis “gigantic bullies”.

“Ultimately, I’m a huge fan of Oasis and [always] was”, he said.

“Also they were gigantic bullies too, to the whole industry, everybody in it – and I didn’t like that”, he added. “A lot of that still remains inside me. They’re probably different people now but there’s a lot of me that’s like, ‘They’re f****** bullies, them. I don’t like bullies’”.

Earlier this year, Williams performed on stage at Hyde Park.

Ahead of his show, Williams had a cardboard cutout of Noel Gallagher, with footage from fans showing the singer patting the cut-out on the head, appearing to mock Noel’s height.

He went on to perform Oasis hit, ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’.
