Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea is selling his house, it's clearly a must have for any respectable Chilis fan, if you've got a bit of spare cash hiding under your mattress, this might be the place for you.

The L.A. mansion is priced at €5 million, and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a library, a swimming pool, a spa and an Irish essential, a bar.

If you're still not convinced, it also includes, a two-bedroom guest house, redwood trees, olive trees (to complete your perfect martini) and views of the the famous Griffith Park, which has featured in many Hollywood films such as, 'Back to the future', 'Rebel without a cause' and 'The Terminator'.

Flea has recently teamed up with The Mars Volta duo, Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and Cedric Bixler-Zavala, to form Antemasque. Their Bandcamp page describes the band as a mix of progressive rock and punk rock. They released their self-titled album on July 1st.
