Florence & the Machine have released a new music video for their latest single ‘Delilah’. Florence released her latest album How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful earlier this year.
The track is the newest single off the album and the video is the latest in a recent video series from the group. The previous videos were for ‘What Kind of Man’, ‘St. Jude’, ‘Ship to Wreck’, ‘Queen of Peace’ and ‘Long & Lost’.
The video shows Florence in a US motel while experiencing a series of surreal encounters with goblin-like figures and more. The video has the subtitle The Odyssey -Chapter 6 and is part 6 of a series of videos.
Florence And The Machine were recently listed with Jamie XX as the bookmakers’ early favourites to win this year’s Mercury Prize. The awards will take place in November & Florence & The Machine’s How Big How Blue, How Beautiful is currently at 4/1 to win the award.
Speaking about the odds, a spokesperson for bookmaker William Hill said “Our odds suggest they will go for a big act and they do not get much bigger than Florence And The Machine.”
