Iggy Pop & Josh Homme recently played Pop’s classic song ‘Lust For Life’ on US television. They performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday night.
As well as performing ‘Lust For Life’ they also performed a track from Iggy Pop’s new solo album Post Pop Depression called ‘Sunday ‘.
Josh Homme was joined by Troy Von Leeuwen and Dean Fertita, who are also from Queens of the Stone Age. Matt Helders from The Arctic Monkeys was also on drums for the performance.
The band are on tour together to promote the new album and will play the last night of the North American leg of their tour this evening.
They will play the first show of the European leg of the tour on May 4th in Stockholm. From there they will be playing dates in The Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and the UK.
They will be on tour throughout the summer months as they finish up on August 28th at the Boulogne Billancourt Rock En Seine in France.
