Two former Gun N’ Roses members recently revealed that they’re working together. Guitarist Izzy Stradlin and drummer Matt Sorum recently revealed that they are working on new music.
Both Stradlin and Sorum declined the invitation to reunite with Guns N’ Roses recently for their current world tour. Both of them revealed the news of their reunion via social media during the week, with Stradlin doing it on Twitter and Sorum on Facebook. Sorum said in his Facebook post “It was great to reconnect again and make Rock N Roll with this great singer, songwriter, guitarist and all around cool dude,” adding that “Music for music’s sake, it was really organic and fun.” The post also included a picture of the two of them together.
The former Guns N’ Roses bandmates also gave their fans a snippet of what it is to come. Stradlin released a short teaser for the new track ‘F.P. Money’ on his twitter account which you can hear down below.
