A trailer for up-coming film ‘Ordinary World’ starring Billie Joe Armstrong has been released.
In the film, the Green Day frontman stars as Perry, a rocker turned family man whose family have doubts about his aspirations. In a bid to cheer Perry up after his wife forgets his 40th birthday, his brother helps him throw a party to celebrate and to try to recapture his rocker glory days.
As well as staring in the film, Armstrong has also written four songs for the soundtrack of the film, with one appearing on Green Day’s upcoming album, ‘Revolution Radio’.
The film, which stars Selma Blair, Judy Greer, Fred Armisen, Brian Baumgardner and Chris Messina, as well as many more, will be released on DVD on October 17th.
Meanwhile, Green Day recently released the video for their latest single ‘Bang Bang’. The video, directed by Tim Armstrong, sees the band framed for robbing a bank while they are at a house party.
