Liam Gallagher has a new album out. Liam Gallagher really doesn’t like his brother Noel. These are just two things that Liam is at pains to let us all of know.
For too long now, we’ve really only had Liams twitter to get our snippets of Liam’s gems of wisdom, but with the recent publicity campaign for the release of his new album, its been absolutely field day of Liamisms* (*not an actual word)
First up was an interview with UK’s ginger DJ hero Chris Evans, where he stated that there was no faking his dislike for Noel. This shiz was the real deal.
“A lot of people think we get on really but we’re not fond of each other. He’s the middle child and I came along and spoiled the party. i’m better looking, a better singer and I’m cooler all round.”
Don’t hold back there Liam. He claims Oasis are long over, and its all his brother’s fault for the lack of reunion with the band.
Why is this? Well simple. Because Noel doesn’t know to handle Liams badassery* (*suprisingly an actual word)
“He [Noel] wants to surround himself with little yes men that he can hire and fire whenever he wants, but he’s not getting that with me.”
He went into a little bit of detail on Today FM on the split up of the band, insinuating that Noel is being a little bit on the dramatic side
Liam went on to clarify, “I’m not desperate to be in a band with someone that doesn’t want to be in it with me, we move on….Our kid [Noel] milks it, and goes on as if I’ve stabbed his cat. We had an argument, the band split up because he wanted to go solo.”
He also has been recently lashing out at his brother for not making an appearance at the One Love Manchester gig.

However a spokesman for the One Love concert said that he was never asked anyway. “Neither Noel nor Oasis were ever going to perform. We were extremely pleased when, last week, Noel not only gave his blessing for us to use his songs, but also told us that he was donating his royalties from ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ to the fund.”
