The Irish Meteorological Service has today (Friday, November 10th) announced a status yellow rain warning for seven counties coming into the weekend.
Met Éireann have issued the warnings for counties, Offaly, Tipperary, Limerick, Kerry, Clare, Galway and Mayo.
Offaly, Limerick and Tipperary are set to see rainfall of 30 – 40mm on Friday and Saturday, while Galway, Mayo, Clare and Kerry have been issued a warning for 40 – 50mm, as rainfall is typically higher on hills and mountains.

The warning is deemed active from Friday, November 10th until Saturday, November 11th at 6pm.
Flash flooding is expected, so make sure and be careful when out and about.
