A batch of Centra turkey is being recalled due to an incorrect use-by date.
The ‘Premium Carved Roast Turkey’ has a use-by date of the 30th of October, however it should be 30th of September.
Musgraves is recalling the product as it is unsafe to eat by the end of this month.
A statement from the Food Safety Authority of Ireland said: “Musgraves is recalling the above batch of Centra Premium Carved Roast Turkey as an incorrect use-by date (30 Oct) is on the product.”
“The correct use-by date is 30 Sept. The implicated batch is unsafe to eat after 30 September 2019.”
