About Radio Nova

Radio Nova has been created to deliver the best music on the radio. We have put together a unique radio station and brand that plays the most exciting music of all time! If you feel great when you hear a big guitar solo or love to dream you are on the stage with rock and roll superstars, then Radio Nova is for you! We are the station for your inner self to come flooding out and we promise to give you a guitar-based mix of great songs from the last 40 years right through to today.

Created by people who know what makes good radio work and delivered by presenters who aren’t kids and won’t talk all over your favourite songs, we know Radio Nova is for you. If you are as seriously addicted to music as we are then we will be friends forever!!

Radio Nova has been licenced by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (www.bai.ie) to broadcast to Dublin city, county & commuter belt (incl. parts of Wicklow, Kildare, and Meath). We broadcast to the Greater Dublin area from the top of Three Rock mountain on 100.3 FM, from Saggart Hill into Co. Kildare on 100.5 FM and from Bray Head into Co. Wicklow on 95.7 FM from studios in the Dublin Docklands. We launched at 1pm on September 1st, 2010.

We employ a team of almost 40 people across several departments – Programming, Sales, Commercial Production, Promotions and General Administration. An example of our key artists includes The Killers, Kings of Leon, Coldplay, Keane, Foo Fighters, Kaiser Chiefs, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, U2, Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty, The Who and many more.

So come join us for a crazy ride with not a Britney or Justin in sight, come to the only place that the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Oasis and Zepp all hang out. As crazy as Ozzie and as serious as Kurt, Radio Nova is the experience you have been waiting for… it’s one hell of a ride!!
