AC/DC, one of the most influential rock bands of all time, have released even more limited edition gold-coloured vinyl LPs of their albums to celebrate their 50th Anniversary.
An announcement about the new LPs was made earlier this year. The six albums adding to the new merchandise are ‘If You Want Blood You’ve Got It’, ‘Let There Be Rock’, ‘Ballbreaker’, ‘Stiff Upper Lip’, ‘Rock or Bust’ and ‘74 Jailbreak’.
Each of the limited edition LPs will also include a 12”x12” album-specific art print, perfect for wall-art for those AC/DC superfans.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers formed back in 1973 and have since sold over 200 million albums worldwide, with the band’s ‘Back in Black’ album standing as the ‘best selling album by any band ever’. The band released their 17th album ‘Power Up’ in 2020 which debuted at #1 in 21 countries.
The special vinyl release coincides with the bands ‘Power Up’ tour, their first tour since 2016. Dublin will be the last European stop on the tour, on the 17th of August at Croke Park.
