“Must see live act”

This “must see live act” was announced following several suprising underplays, which saw the band perform at New York’s Bowery Ballroom, New Orlean’s Toulouse Theatre, London’s KOKO and Coachella’s Mojave Tent.

Kicking off in Dublin, this WE tour will also run right through to December 1, where Arcade Fire will perform in Toronto.

The North American part of the tour will also see Beck join the band as a special guest. This will begin on October 28 in Washington D.C. Feist will also join the band for the European leg of the tour.

This tour will also also see Arcade Fire partner with Plus1. This means that €1 from each ticket sold will go towards KANPE, an organisation which helps to unite the most vulnerable communities in Haiti.

Back in March, Arcade Fire also joined David Byrne on stage for a live cover of Plastic Ono Band’s ‘Give Peace a Chance’ at a benefit git for Ukraine.
