Brian May was among a star studded line up at last weekend's British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
The Queen guitarist waved the chequered flag, as Lewis Hamilton drove across the winning line for his first win in 945 days.
This win also saw Hamilton landed a record-extending ninth podium at Silverstone, finishing ahead ahead of McLaren's Lando Norris in second place, with Max Verstapppen of Red Bull finishing in third place.
Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes teammate George Russell had started the race in pole position, but was forced to retire his car due to a water system failure.
Queen's guitarist Brian May was also among a star studded list of guests who were spotted at the event, a list which also included British comedy star Rowan Atkinson who watched the drivers face the sunshine and showers in the Mercedes garage.
Other guests included former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson, cyclist Chris Hoy, runner Mo Farah, Saturdays' singer Mollie King who was alongside her husband and cricketer Stuart Broad.
Ahead of the race, Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham also performed the national anthem.
This also comes following the release of the upcoming trailer for the Formula One blockbuster F1, starring Brad Pitt, who was also spotted at Silverstone over the weekend.
The blockbuster will also be co produced by Lewis Hamilton, which will see Brad Pitt star as a veteran driver named Sonny Hayes, returning to the F1 circuit after a long absence, with British actor Damson Idris playing rookie teammate Joshua Pierce in this film.
On this film, Damson Idris said that it will be “unlike anything anyone’s ever seen before”.
“It’s unlike anything anyone’s ever seen before”, Idris said. “It’s a whirlwind, we’re driving cars for real”.
“I play a character called Joshua Pierce, a young rookie driver on a fictional team by the name of Apex”. More on this from Nova here.
