Bruce Springsteen is to release a new greatest hits album.
This album, a career spanning compilation titled 'Best Of Bruce Springsteen', is to arrive on Friday, April 19 via Sony Music.
According to an official description of the album, this compilation will capture the music legend's “storied 50-year recording career, from 1973’s ‘Greeting From Asbury Park, NJ’ to 2020’s ‘Letter To You’“. It’ll boast new cover artwork shot by Eric Meola during the ‘Born To Run’ sessions, and new liner notes by Erik Flannigan".
The physical edition of this special Bruce Springsteen album will include 18 tracks on 2 LPs, and 1 CD. A digital version will also arrive as an expanded 31 song package.

News of this album comes months after Bruce Springsteen announced a brand new World Tour.
This tour will also include shows in Belfast, Dublin and Kilkenny later this year. See the tour dates in full here.
Last month, The Boss also appeared on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm, featuring in the final season of the sitcom.
Titled ‘The Lawn Jockey’, the episode follows the fictional fallout, after Curb star Larry David hands out bottled water to election voters, waiting in a queue, which is a violation of the 2021 Election Integrity Act in the state of Georgia.
It also saw Bruce Springsteen responding to Larry David’s conduct, as part of a fake news interview on MSNBC.
“Larry David took a big risk”, The Boss can be heard saying. “He took his name and his body on the line. Involvement. That’s Larry David’s middle name. Larry ‘Involvement’ David”.
Executive producer, Jeff Schaffer added, “It seemed like a really huge deal, because you never get to see that — and also, it’s Bruce f****** Springsteen”.
