A collection of over 1,800 pieces of film and TV memorabilia is due to go on auction in November.

The online auction, which is run by Propstore, will feature some of the most iconic props from some of the biggest franchises in movie history.

A C-3PO head worn by actor Anthony Daniels in Star Wars: A New Hope is expected to make between £500,000 and £1 million when it goes under the hammer.

The screen-matched, light-up head is from Daniels’ personal collection. The English actor has played C-3PO in 11 Star Wars films, to date.

“I’m thrilled that Propstore has agreed to curate my collection and I trust that the pieces will go into the right hands,” said Daniels.

“I hope this can bring pleasure to Star Wars fans and collectors all around the world and give them a chance to own a piece of the real thing.”

The golden droid’s head is far from the only piece of film history on offer.

Fans of Indiana Jones can also fight for a shirt worn on screen by Harrison Ford, expected to reach between £150,000 and £300,000.

The intrepid archaeologist’s famous bullwhip is also heading under the hammer. The whip is expected to fetch £100,000 to £200,000.

Elsewhere on the auction roster, you will find Freddy Krueger’s glove, worn in A Nightmare on Elm Street (estimated value £200,000 to £400,000).

As well as Captain America’s famous shield used by Chris Evans in 2011’s Captain America: The First Avenger. It could fetch up to £100,000.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s costume from Titanic is expected to sell for somewhere between £100,000 and £200,000.

Items worn by James Bond’s Daniel Craig will also feature.

Stephen Lane, CEO of Propstore, said: “With an impressive number of lots going under the hammer, we have some extraordinary content on offer including the incredible Anthony Daniels collection.

“It really is a huge privilege to be offering such a remarkable collection from a true Star Wars legend.”

Propstore’s Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction will run from November 9th to 12th.
