The Criminal Assets Bureau seized three properties in Kildare, Longford, and Leitrim last week.

This followed a High Court ruling that deemed them proceeds of crime, according to the Irish Independent.

The properties will soon be put up for sale, adding to the 24 seized properties already sold by CAB in the past year.

That was the highest number in a single year since the bureau’s founding in 1996.

Among the seized properties is a house in Rathangan, Co Kildare, which belonged to Adam Keatinge, who had links to the Kinahan cartel.

Another property, located in Longford town, was taken from Jamie Dinnegan, a well-known local criminal.

he third property, in Leitrim, has not been specifically detailed but forms part of the broader effort by CAB to crack down on criminal assets across Ireland.
