Guns N’Roses have finally released their long awaited track ‘Perhaps’, taken from their ‘Chinese Democracy’ era.
Having been initially been set for release on August 11, this date was delayed due to unknown reasons at the time of writing.
However, eagled eyed fans were also able to pre-save the track on Spotify and Apple Music, after a link emerged on the Universal Music website.
Last month, long time Guns N’Roses production manager Tony Mayhue, had stated that new music from the band was imminent.
“And I know that the band’s gonna start working on new music. They’ve got a bunch of stuff recorded already”, he said.
“So there will be new GUNS N’ ROSES music very soon. In fact, I think they’re trying to get a single out any day now, so you may hear something very, very soon”.
New Guns N’Roses Track Leaked By US Jukeboxes
Earlier this week, it had emerged that ‘Perhaps’ had been leaked by jukeboxes in bars across the US.
Last weekend saw the song being shared via TouchTunes digital machines nationwide.
A message read online, “GOOD MORNING TO GUNS N’ ROSES FANS ONLY. In case you missed it, Perhaps leaked last night via a jukebox at a bar. Pick a local bar with TouchTunes and you, too, can go listen. A release on streaming platforms surely is imminent but we will never forget the night of August 12th”.
