Nova reported a few months back that Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband Isaiah Silva was instigating legal proceedings against Courtney Love for apparently trying to have him murdered to reclaim Kurt Cobain’s guitar that Frances Bean originally gave to him. Today is the first trial date for the case. There is a screenshot from Twitter that contains the court information below.
According to TMZ, Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband is suing Courtney Love. He alleges she entered into a conspiracy with several people to break into his home, physically assault him, kidnap him and then try to murder him so they could gain possession of Kurt Cobain’s iconic guitar.
Isaiah Silva asserts that in the early hours of June 3 rd, 2016, Sam Lutfi, the man involved in the Britney Spears drama years ago as well as 2 other guys burgled, assaulted, sexually battered, kidnapped and then attempted to murder him at his West Hollywood Home.
Silva maintains that the goal was to get the guitar that was made famous on “MTV Unplugged” which he insists was gifted to him by Frances Bean. Silva maintains the group also injured his mother. Silva also claims that Lutfi provided narcotics and illicit benzodiazepines to Frances and Courtney. Frances settled her divorce with Isaiah and agreed to give him the legendary guitar just to get him out of her life. Silva is also suing John Nazarian, actor Ross Butler and musician Michael Schenk … claiming they were all involved in the conspiracy.

Silva alleges the men made their way inside his property by pounding on the front door and yelling, ‘Police, open up!!!” and “LAPD, open the f******* door!!!” According to Silva. Lutfi grabbed his genitals through his pants and whispered, “Listen fa****, calm the f*** down or we’ll drag you upstairs and take turns f****** you.” om hos ear. Silva is asking for unspecified damages.
