3 music legends are coming back to Dublin.
The ultimate supergroup: Crosby, Stills and Nash have announced an Irish date in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre as part of a European tour.
David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash are currently in Japan on their world tour, and its European leg will consist of 20 dates starting in London on September 12th and ending in Norway on October 11th, 2015.
Four decades after they came together from their respective bands: The Byrds (David Crosby), Buffalo Springfield (Stills) and The Hollies (Nash), CSN will be in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre on September 16th, playing their well-known songs as a group as well as new material from each individual.
There’ll also be a pre-tour treat for fans on the high seas! Crosby, Still and Nash are set to arrive on our side of the world aboard the Queen Mary 2. They’ll be performing exclusive concerts on the Transatlantic crossing from September 4th to 11th where they’ll also give a Q&A session to the lucky passengers on board.
CSN will be accompanied on their tour by their trusted backing band of guitarist Shane Fontayne, bassist Kevin McCormick, Russ Kunkel on drums, keyboardist James Raymond and Todd Caldwell playing organ.
As if you needed another incentive to see them live, CSN donate a dollar out of every ticket sold on their tours to charity. It’s win, win!
The group’s founding member recently released his first album in 20 years. You can expect to hear some tracks from Croz on the tour. Check it out.
