Dublin is about to get their very own bobsled team with the launch of Aprés Dublin.
Cool Runnings stars will take to the slopes and they might even recreate that famous bathtub scene with Sanka and Junior.
Coors Light and Aprés Dublin are partnering to bring a custom-built Ski Lodge to Dublin’s IFSC at Custom House Quay.
The original cast members will be reunited for the launch of the village, and fans will be able to head along and #GrabLifeByTheRockies, being able to meet and greet with the stars of the movie.
Sanka (Doug E. Doug) and Junior (Rawle D. Lewis), will appear in Aprés Dublin on November 30th to officially launch the village which makes it’s debut in the capital.
Rumour has it, if fans ask nicely, Sanka might even allow them ‘kiss his egg’ while Junior could be persuaded to recreate his memorable ‘I see pride, I see power’ scene.
Aprés Dublin, will consist of a 900 square metre lodge, perfect for the Christmas season, coming complete with a food menu, in-house DJ, and a live Aprés Ski band – feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme!
