Getting about the place is due to get even harder for Northsiders over the course of the next two weekends. Over the weekends of November 7th/8th and 14th/15th Dart services between Malahide/Howth and Grand Canal Dock will be stopped altogether.
Engineering works are being carried out on the line. Iarnród Éireann will be completing the new signalling system on the Dart network from Sandymount to Howth/Malahide.
All rail services through Connolly Station will be suspended over the two weekends. Normal (Covid-19 restricted) services will resume on Monday morning. Bus operators will be accepting rail tickets over the weekends and there will be an hourly bus transfer service between Malahide and Drogheda for those travelling further north.
