Elton John’s last ever performance in the US as part of his Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Farewell Tour will be streamed live, Disney+ have confirmed.
The show Elton John Live: Farewell From Dodger Stadium takes place in LA’s Dodger Stadium, will be his third consecutive performance at the venue, and takes place on November 20.
The music icon’s other two shows at the venue will take place on November 17 and 19. They will be filmed, but not streamed.
These shows will be included in an upcoming documentary regarding the singer’s farewell tour.
Titled Goodbye Yellow Brick Road: The Final Elton John Performances and the Years That Made His Legend, the documentary will also be streamed by Disney+, and will be co-directed by RJ Cutler and Elton John’s husband David Furnish.
Elton John was one of many from the world of entertainment to pay tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth, who passed away last week aged 96.
Along with releasing this statement, Elton John also paid tribute to the late monarch during his gig at Toronto last week.
