Eric Cantona has announced a string of live UK shows for the Spring.
The legendary footballer has confirmed these shows, as he continues to launch his music career. You can check out these dates below.
Cantona continues to tour the UK, having released his debut album ‘I’ll Make My Own Heaven’ last October. The Frenchman has previously release a single, ‘The Friends We Lost’.
He had also revealed that these songs on this EP, had been inspired by household names Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, and Daniel Johnston.
Cantona had also stated that this newly found music career was the “closest thing” that has come to his illustrious career as a footballer.
“If you have a dream it should be a big dream. I’ve done sport, cinema, but I think after sport the closest thing is singing live on stage”, Cantona said.
“I did the live shows first. After people came they were like, ‘You should release one or two pieces”. More on this story from Nova here.

The Frenchman announced these dates, which will see him perform in London’s Shepherd Bush Empire, as well as shows in Leeds, Newcastle among others.
