Environmental activists unloaded almost 2,000 litres of fake blood outside the Treasury in London.
Extinction Rebellion used an old fire engine to spray the ‘blood’ before revealing a banner that read ‘stop funding climate death’.
Pictures below show the fire engine pumping out red paint onto the treasury’s steps in Westminster.
According to reports, the protestors lost control of the hose and sprayed themselves. Police are currently at the scene.
