Gardaí have seized a large quantity of heroin as part of an ongoing operation into the sale and supply of controlled substances in Tallaght.
Gardaí from the Tallaght Drugs unit assisted by the local detective unit searched a house at Russell Green, Tallaght on Friday, December 14th.
During the search of both the house and a car, Gardaí discovered heroin with a street value of approximately €363,300.
Furthermore, Zopiclone, with an approximate street value of €8,600 was also found at the scene.
Two males, 31-years-old and 24-years-old were both arrested at the scene and are currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under the provisions of Section Two of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
