The well known festival will no longer be known as 'Glastonbury' as its founder Micheal Eavis announces the new name.
Speaking to Glastonbury FM, Micheal announced the new name " The Glastonbury Festival team presents The Variety Bazaar'. "That's a good name don't you think"
As well as the name change the festival will also move location. Eavis feels that he is taking a huge risk adding that "This might be one risk too far, I don't know".
On the festivals site Eavis added "It's half way to the Midlands from here... and there's only one landowner. I've got 22 landowners where I am now. I just wonder whether the next generation will want to negotiate with so many people. It;s a very difficult job to hold it together"
Many acts are set to perform at this years Glastonbury festival such as Radiohead who will return to the pyramid stage.
