Gorillaz Tease New Song With The Cure’s Robert Smith

Gorillaz have taken to their social media to tease their upcoming single featuring The Cure‘s Robert Smith.

In a tweet on the band’s official twitter page they said:

 “Coming up on Song Machine… It’s @RobertSmith. Follow your nearest Song Machine NOW!”

While no release date has been announced, the tweet features the album artwork with Gorillaz in space suits and Robert Smith in a picture frame.

This is the latest installment of the band’s ‘Song Machine’ series which was launched back in January of this year.

The 10-episode project was created to celebrate the bands 20th anniversary.
