Hozier has bagged his first number one in the Irish Singles Chart with 'Too Sweet'.
The single which had debuted at number 5 in the charts, features on the singer's EP, Unheard, which also includes other singles 'Empire Now', 'Fare Well', and 'Wildflower and Barley’.
These songs include contributions from Canadian Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and activist, Allison Russell.
This also marks a maiden number one in the Irish chart for Hozier, having previously peaked at number two with 'Take Me To Church' in 2014.
But with 1.3 million Irish streams to date, Too Sweet has already been certified Platinum in this country.
Hitting top spot in Ireland also assures global domination for Too Sweet, having reached the summit in the Australian, Canadian, and New Zealand Spotify Top 50 Charts.
It also stands at number two in the Global Spotify Top 50 Chart. The single also bagged a first number one in the UK chart for Hozier.
In a message to Irish fans, Hozier said this, “Thank you so so much for this Irish #1. It's very unexpected and I'm thrilled and honored. Thank you for all the support. I'm so glad you're enjoying the song, it's a joy. I hope to see you soon. Thank you so much".
