The Health Minister, Stephen Donnelly says he wants to see opening of the National Children's Hospital, without any further delay.
What has turned into a national debacle, issues around snagging, delays and massive cost over-runs, will make it the most expensive hospital in the world.
The Government, contractors BAM and the development board have long been in a war of words over who's fault it is and how.
Minister Stephen Donnelly appeared at an Oireachtas Health Committee meeting today, and says the June 2025 opening is now a matter of "If's"
If that does happen, the Hospital is then commissioned whereby 100 thousand pieces of equipment will be moved in.
That would be along with 4,000 workers and a fully digital operation with no paper.
Meanwhile, it also emerged that BAM filed a claim for 25 million euro which had actually cost 200 thousand euro to be carried out.
It was in relation to changes for air conditioning grilles, but Minister Donnelly admitted this may have been in error.
