Indie Heros Hamsandwich Will Be Playing BARE This Summer!

If you go down to the woods ... this summer ... you'll get a chance to see Indie rockers Hamsandwich as they take to  the stage at BARE in the Woods 2017.

More acts for this summer's rapidly expanding festival at Garryhinch Woods in Portarlington on June 9 – 11 were announced today along with Hamsandwich. Among the many artists joining headliners House of Pain, Helmet and Canadian electro-pop sensation Kiesza, are the sassy Rews and none other than 90's 'Deeply Dippy' Right Said Fred!! Go on we know you know the lyrics to, 'I'm Too Sexy.'

With a limited amount of Tier Two tickets still on sale, BARE in the Woods is also showcasing new Irish names including Brave GiantSuper Silly, Katie Laffin, Pranks, Katie Cassidy and Emma Jai.

BARE in the Woods’ also boasts a Spoken Work lineup brimming with talent;  Dublin Slam Poet Champion Jon Cummins, Ri Ra, David Jackson, Cormac Lally, Stuart Wilde, Tempermental Missy Elayneous and more, while the Comedy Stage will be headlined by Andrew Maxwell and Karl Spain.

A full sized Crannog will host the Spoken Word Stage. Check it out below, it looks cool! The bespoke woodland site also features a party island on a lake and chill out spots hidden amongst the trees!

BARE in the Woods is located only 50 minutes from Dublin and is accessible via motorway networks to all major Irish cities in under two hours. The site is located close to Portarlington railway station and serviced by Dublin Coach, with a 24-hour service to Dublin, Limerick and Cork.
