Brothers John and Dan Gleeson are set to open Dream Point, a multi-room interactive playground for families at the Point Square Shopping Centre in Dublin.
It includes Ireland’s largest-ever ball pit, light-reactive inflatables and immersive projection rooms sourced from across the world.
The pair ran the Van Gogh immersive experience at the RDS in 2022, and they told The Irish Independent that they have used the lessons they had learned from that experience in Dream Point after the former recorded a loss, despite selling around 85,000 tickets.
Dream Point is primarily geared toward kids and families but the brothers also hope it will prove popular among teenagers and young adults due to the rooms being “Instagrammable”.
€1.3m had been invested in mechanical and engineering works at the venue, with a further €1.7m getting Dream Point ready for the public for April 28.
