Iron Maiden have announced that they will be playing select dates in Europe next year. The tour will be in support of the band’s new album Book of Souls which was released earlier this year.
The band will be headlining the Rock in Vienna Festival in Austria, which will take place between June 3-5. It was also recently announced that the band would be playing in Lucerne, Switzerland at the Sonisphere Festival on Friday June 3rd.
Iron Maiden also revealed two additional European dates with the band set to play at the Telenor Arena in Oslo, Norway on June 15th as well as the Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning, Denmark on June 21st.
These announcements come off the back of the news that Iron Maiden would be headlining two separate Download festivals next year. The first of these sees the band playing at the inaugural Download festival in Paris on June 10th . They will then be heading back to original Download in Donington Park in the UK on June 12th.
As well as playing these select dates in Europe, Iron Maiden will be playing a number of dates in North America, Central America and Australia and New Zealand next year.
