Queens of The Stone Age singer, Josh Hommes has recorded an apology video after he left a photographer in hospital following an LA gig.
The frontman was caught kicking a camera out of photographer, Chelsea Lauren’s hands as she was capturing the bands performance of ‘The Evil Has Landed‘.
Posting an apology to Twitter, the singer explained his actions: “Last night at the performance I kicked the camera of a photographer and that camera hit the photographer in the face.”
“I’d just like to apologise to Chelsea Lauren, I don’t have any excuse or reason to justify what I did. I was a total d*** and I’m truly sorry and I hope you’re okay.”

Moreover, Josh goes on to say that he has made a lot of mistakes in his life with this incident one of them: “I want to be a good man, but I think last night I definitely failed at that.”
Homme has said he doesn’t want anyone to be ashamed of him, especially his family and friends, apologising to both them and his bandmates for the incident.
“Rock ‘n Roll’s a wonderful thing, but it’s supposed to save and help people – not mess them up. So, Chelsea Lauren I hope you’re OK and I’m truly sorry and I understand that you have to do whatever you have to do, I just want you to know that I’m sorry”, he concluded.
