Jeff Beck and Keith Richards have joined forces to guest on Buddy Guy’s new track ‘Cognac’. It's taken from his new record The Blues Is Alive and Well, you can check out the lurching blues jam below...
The track is an ode to revelry and pays homage to drinking sessions while it also laments the absence of the late great blues legend, Muddy Waters.
Guy sings; 'Can’t drink with me no more, Muddy, but I got Keith Richards...How about you, Beck? Come in here now,' both guitarists bust out some serious blues rock licks. Buddy Guy's new Record, ’The Blues Is Alive and Well is due for release on June 15th. It also features fellow Rolling Stones bandmate Mick Jagger on ‘You Did the Crime.’
