Liam Gallagher has revealed that he and John Squire will be playing at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.
Gallagher who will release a new collaborative album with Squire next month, confirmed this news via X, telling fans that the pair will perform at the Worthy Farm venue for this year’s edition.
This happened after a fan asked the former Oasis singer, “Will we see you and Squire at Glastonbury this summer LG?”, with Gallagher simply replying, “Yeah”.

Glastonbury 2024 will take place between June 26 and June 30 this year, with no acts confirmed by festival organisers at the time of writing.
Last November, this year’s tickets went up for sale, selling out in under an hour due to unprecedented demand, it was confirmed.
“Tickets for Glastonbury 2024 have now sold out”, organisers said. “Our thanks to everyone who bought one and we’re sorry to those of you who missed out, on a morning when demand greatly exceeded supply”.
No Oasis Or Stone Roses
Last month, Liam Gallagher also said that no material from Oasis or the Stones Roses would be performed while he is on tour with Squire.
The pair begin this tour in Glasgow on March 13. They will also finish this tour on April 11 in Brooklyn, Paramount.
“Nah, not doing any of that. It’s gonna be just this album and maybe a few covers that we might get round to doing, but it won’t be our other bands and that, ‘cause that’s naff,”, Gallagher said.
The singer also added, “No, them songs mean too much to me man for me to be howling over. I wouldn’t mind howling over the Oasis ones and that”. More on this here.
Last week, Liam Gallagher also claimed that his brother Noel turned the down chance to reunite Oasis for his 30th anniversary ‘Definitely Maybe’ Tour.
