Liam Gallagher has said that he and his brother Noel are too "scared" to do joint interviews.
The brothers have mended fences in recent times, with Oasis announcing a huge reunion tour for next year.
The band had previously split up in 2009, following a much publicised bust up between the brothers, which led to a long term feud between the pair, featuring a regular exchange of insults and spats on social media.
These dates will feature two shows at Dublin's Croke Park in August next year, as well as shows in the UK including Manchester’s Heaton Park, Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium, and London’s Wembley Stadium. More on this here.
While the pair appear to have buried the hatchet and put the band back together, Liam Gallagher has ruled out him and Noel taking part in joint interviews.
The singer responded to a fan's question on X regarding the pair's lengthy feud, blaming the media for contributing to their fallout.
"RESPEK," Liam wrote in his reply to the post. "We don't want to do interviews coz we're scared of the media asking us intrusive questions and trying to pick holes in our relationship".
Gallagher also replied to another fan who said that they were "still waiting" on a press conference by stating that "They ain't getting 1".
Asked by another fan about why he has not done an interview yet, Liam Gallagher said that he "can't be a**ed".
Moving forward, it is clear that Liam Gallagher is also solely focused on keeping the peace between himself and his brother.
"Nope it's all done, peace has prevailed, he's the man," Liam said. "I can't wait to be on stage with him blowing him kisses in between each song".
Last month, Liam Gallagher also hit back at criticism of his vocals following his performance ahead of Anthony Joshua's World Title fight with Daniel Dubois. More on this here.
