Coldplay have shared a new single, 'feelslikeimfallinginlove' from their new album Moon Music.

The track which you can check out below, will feature on the album, which arrives on October 4. You can also pre order this album here.

This comes after Coldplay had previously teased the single whilst on stage in Hungary this week.

From the beginning, 'feelslikeimfallinginlove' imbues a subtle element of electronica, before gradually developing a steady beat and later bringing in the hugely emotive vocals of frontman Chris Martin.

“I know that this could hurt me bad/ I know that this could feel like that/ But I just can’t stop/ Let my defences drop", Martin sings.

"It feels like I'm falling in love" - Coldplay

Suddenly the song erupts into this powerful chorus.

It feels like I’m falling in love / Maybe for the first time / Baby, it’s in my mind / You blow / It feels like I’m falling in love / You’re throwing me a lifeline / This is for a lifetime / I know", the lyrics read.

Check it out for yourselves below.

This latest release comes just a matter of weeks after Coldplay had premiered another track, All My Love during a live performance at the Olympic Stadium in Athens.

Speaking about this track to the audience, lead singer Chris Martin revealed: “We have a new song which you weren’t supposed to hear until September but I’m going to play it for you now one time. It would be better if you didn’t put this on the internet. I know that is difficult to ask. But we you can just treat this like a rehearsal between us”.

Chris Martin and co have certainly been busy in recent weeks, including live shows, and previewing new music. They also shared a teaser clip for a new single which seemed to be titled: 'First Time'.
