Ahead of the release of their upcoming album, Coldplay have just dropped a new single, ‘We Pray’.

The band’s new album, ‘Moon Music’, arrives on October 4, their tenth studio record, which was already previewed by the single, ‘feelslikeimfallinginlove’.

Ahead of this album’s release, Coldplay have said that they have “gone to great lengths” to make the physical release of Moon Music “as sustainable as possible”.

‘We Pray’ was shared by Coldplay, which features the following chorus: “I know somewhere that heaven is waitin’/ And so we pray/ I know somewhere there’s something amazin’/ And so we pray/ I know somewhere we’ll feel no pain/ Until we make it to the end of the day”.

The single also features Little Simz, Burna Boy, TINI, and Elyanna.

Coldplay Break Record With Music Of The Spheres Tour

The release of this new single comes as Coldplay make history with their Music Of The Spheres Tour.

Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres Tour was officially named the highest grossing rock tour of all time.

The record was previously held by Elton John’s ‘Goodbye Yellow Brick Road’ farewell tour, which grossed $939.1 million.

Music Of The Spheres now surpasses $944.7 million, a figure which is set to rise with another million tickets yet to be counted from this ongoing tour.
